Intermediates Prices Show Little Movement

Reverting to form as the last isomer contract to be settled, U.S. para-xylene February was agreed at an increase of 7 cts/lb, players say. Spot material was reported higher by $15/m.t. in the U.S. and $10/m.t. in Europe. Little other intermdiates business could be confirmed as major commodity petrochemical settlements had not been concluded.
