Spot aromatics were quiet, players say, with the only notable move a strong surge of 30 cts/gal in spot toluene. European September benzene was also agreed lower, declining €67/m.t. Spot benzene slipped $35/m.t. while spot toluene tumbled $85/m.t. Spot styrene was the lone gainer in the group, climbing $65/m.t. sellers say.
