Toluene kept pace on the Gulf Coast with gains of 25 cts/gal, producers say, but was the lone decliner for the week in Europe off an average of $5/m.t. as buyers dropped bids. Mixed xylenes were reported to have modest but steady gains of 15 cts/gal on the Gulf Coast and $10/m.t. in Europe.
