![]() Aromatics Prices Mostly Higher12:04 PM MDT | July 6, 2012 | Lindsey Bewley There were broad July settlements in aromatics, with benzene on the Gulf Coast agreed higher by 20 cts/gal, but in Europe both benzene and styrene were lower: benzene was done at decrease of €68 ($83.50)/m.t., while barge styrene was settled lower by €115/m.t. On the spot side of the market, Gulf Coast business was absent due to the holidays, but northwest Europe saw both benezene and styrene rise by €32.60/m.t.
