On the spot side, benzene was higher by 10 cts/gal, but toluene ticked lower by 5 cts/gal. In Europe, December benzene was a rare gainer in contract business, rising €11/m.t. Spot benzene spiked $80/m.t. but spot styene dipped $15/m.t. buyers report. Both major North American methanol producers rolled their reference posting prices for the second time, marking a full quarter at that level...
