Aromatics Prices Mixed in U.S. and Europe

Aromatics contracts were mostly settled by the first of the month, but the last few agreements were concluded this week. The December mixed-xylenes contract on the U.S. Gulf Coast was agreed to at a decrease of 13 cts/gal, buyers say. That brings it into line with prevailing spot numbers.
