Spot benzene and mixed xylenes on the U.S. Gulf were reported flat, but toluene rose 15 cts/gal, traders say. Styrene tacked on 3 cts/lb. In Europe benzene and toluene were both lower by an average of $10/m.t. in tightening trading ranges.
