Aromatics Lower on Both Sides of Atlantic

Aromatics were uneven on both sides of the Atlantic. Benzene and toluene were said to be level in spot trading, while mixed xylenes added a healthy 25 cts/gal, players say. The ragged nature of the market was even more pronounced in Europe where spot benzene was reported to be lower by a considerable $75/m.t. Spot toluene was reported lower by just $20/m.t. while styrene stumbled $60/m.t.
