Aromatics Higher in U.S. and Europe

Aromatics moved higher across the board on both sides of the Atlantic this week, traders report. Spot benzene on the U. S. Gulf Coast gained 20 cts/gal, while toluene was higher by 15 cts/gal, and mixed xylenes surged twice that amount. Spot styrene ticked higher by 2 cts/lb.
