Polymer prices volatile

Polymer prices were reported to be broadly lower, as export prices were said to be volatile on weaker sentiment. North American spot export decreases varied greatly, traders say. Copolymer polypropylene (PP) was down $195/m.t., but homopolymer PP was only off $95/m.t. Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) was off $125/m.t., but linear LDPE was only down $45/m.t.
