North American spot export decreases varied greatly, traders say. Copolymer polypropylene (PP) was down $195/m.t., but homopolymer PP was only off $95/m.t. Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) was off $125/m.t., but linear LDPE was only down $45/m.t. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) for blow molding was off $130/m.t., but injection-grade HDPE merely slipped $10/m.t. The only uniformity was between grades of polystyrene, both lower by $90/m.t.
