The price gains were supported by strong buying trends recorded in China. Also contributing toward the rise in PP prices was the spike last week in upstream prices of global energy coupled with firm prices of propylene feedstock. CFR Far East Asia prices of PP injection and PP raffia were assessed at the USD 1380/mt levels while PP film prices were assessed up at the USD 1390/mt CFR Far East Asia levels.
