Polymer Prices in China Down

PP prices drifted lower in Asia. The absence of buying in key markets like India and China increased the pressure on sellers who were forced to drop their rates. Early week, China was on holiday adding to the quiet in the region. On their return to work on Thursday, Chinese buyers continued to maintain a sluggish buying stance thereby reaffirming the bearish buying trend in the region.   PP injection and PP raffia grade prices were assessed down on Thursday at the USD 1180/mt levels with prices on a CFR South East Asia basis assessed down at the USD 1190/mt...
