Polymer Prices Slip in China

Prices of PP were seen slipping in parts of Asia. A tumble in propylene feedstock rates accompanied by a demand slowdown in key markets like China and India were also seen responsible for the price decline in PP rates. PP injection and PP raffia prices were assessed down at the USD 1400/mt CFR Far East Asia levels while PP film prices were assessed down at the USD 1420/mt CFR Far East Asia levels.
