Polymer Prices Decline in Both U.S. and Europe

Spot declines continued for polymers in the second half of June, but about half as steeply as in the first half of the month. Prices were off most sharply in North America, where high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and low-density PE (LDPE) led with declines of $190-200/m.t. traders say.
