Ex works prices were at the Yuan 12520/mt to Yuan 12550/mt levels. Demand is subdued in key markets like India and China. Currently this is overshadowing the pressures from rising propylene costs. Also a threat to stable prices is the competition among traders in China. Many who are seeking to liquidate their positions are offering very competitive rates for their bonded cargoes.
