March polymer contracts settle higher

Late-month March contract settlements in Europe are notable in two ways, market watchers report. One is that they are uniformly higher, but the other is that the improvements are nominal, ranging from €10/m.t. ($13) for linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and homopolymer polypropylene (PP) to €30/m.t. for all types of polystyrene (PS).
