![]() Polymer contracts settle higher in North America1:19 PM MST | February 13, 2013 | Lindsay Frost Polymer contract settlements were reported higher across the board in North America and mixed in Europe. In North America polyethylene (PE) and polystyrene (PS) saw increases of 6–9 cts/lb, while polypropylene (PP) soared 17 cts/lb, sources say. In Europe, PE was also higher, with low-density and linear low-density up by €50–80/m.t. ($67–108) and high-density rising €130–180/m.t.
