Easing of feedstock prices in northwest Europe, as indicated by spot naphtha slipping $15/m.t. helped tip olefins prices lower. November ethylene was settled at a decrease of €15 ($19)/m.t., while propylene was agreed lower by €20/m.t. and butadiene was done down €60/m.t, producers say. On the spot side, decreases were similar, according to buyers. Ethylene sank €50/m.t., while propylene retreated €40/m.t. and butadiene shed...
