![]() U.S. Feedstock Prices Soar on Rising Crude10:36 AM MDT | March 27, 2011 | Lindsey Bewley North American feedstocks were up this week on rising crude oil prices. Ethane gained about 10 cts/gal and propane was higher by about 11 cts/gal. Naphtha rose about 3 cts/gal, while butane was the big winner for the week, rising about 14 cts/gal. Spot olefins were also higher. Spot ethylene rose about 1.5 cts/lb, keeping prices over 55 cts/lb, a new high for the month. Spot butadiene, meanwhile, rose a whopping 12 cts/lb on renewed buying interest and the restart of unit at a major producer, players...
