Asia Olefins Price on the Rise

Ethylene price levels moved up to USD 890-900 as compared to USD 820-830. This upward movement is due to a few shutdowns in the region. It is expected that the price levels will stabilize in the next one or two weeks. Propylene price levels moved up to USD 1240-1250 as compared to USD 1190-1200 due to higher crude levels. Availability of propylene is tight due to shutdowns in the region. Butadiene moved up to USD 2300-2310 from USD 1840-1850. Butadiene price levels have been fluctuating since last number of months.
