Olefin prices slip

With prices for primary hydrocarbons declining, petrochemical prices fell as well this week. Crude oil was lower by $3-4/bbl for both West Texas Intermediate (WTI) and Brent, and spot naphtha in northwest Europe slipped $25/m.t. Spot ethylene was reported lower by €20/m.t. while propylene was said to be down €30/m.t. US butadiene was flat at 46...
