Petchem prices flat for February

With essentially flat settlements for February, European olefins prices have reached their plateau, market watchers say. Spot naphtha was reported higher by $15/m.t. in northwest Europe, and ethylene sellers tried to tack another €10/m.t. onto the spot price, but buyers were not biting. February ethylene and butadiene contracts were reported settled at rolls from January, while February propylene was agreed at a token increase of €10/m.t., players...
