Commodity petrochemical markets were mixed this week. The upstream was quiet for primary hydrocarbons, and spot naphtha in northwest Europe was only off $10/m.t. Spot olefins continued their slow fade in Europe, with ethylene down another €20 ($26)/m.t. and propylene off...
