Intermediate Prices in Asia Fall on Plant Outages

Benzene price levels rose last week from USD 830-840 to USD 840-850 FOB Korea on stabilized cruse oil prices. There are a number of plant outages across Asia, shortening supplies for both benzene and styrene. Large volumes of benzene are arriving from the Middle East, Europe & US.  Meanwhile, acrylonitrile prices fell last week from USD 2090-2100 to USD 2070-2080 CFR Far East.
