Intermediates Prices Settle Lower

In a clean sweep for the first time in many months, all of the major intermediates contracts were settled before the last week of the month. That said, there was no uniformity to results. April para-xylene was agreed lower by 2.5 cts/lb in North America and down by €63/m.t. in Europe, but ortho-xylene was agreed at a roll for April in the U.S. and an increase of €50/m.t. in Europe.
