Chemical Prices in Asia Strengthen

Propylene strengthened to USD 1240-1250. The market observed a direct impact of pricing of propylene and also polypropylene. PP pricing moved up and is expected to strengthen further due to a sudden increase in pricing for naphtha and good demand from the end user segment. Users are on a buying spree as they believe that the price levels will further increase after the Chinese holidays.
