Aromatics prices mostly down

Aromatics were just as beaten as olefins. Spot benzene on the US Gulf skidded 10 cts/gal, while toluene declined 5 cts/gal and styrene slipped 3 cts/lb. The descent was more steep in Europe, with spot benzene tumbling $110/m.t. and spot styrene off $50/m.t. Only spot toluene was able to inch out a small gain...
