Benzene producers on the U.S. Gulf took offers higher by 20 cts/gal, but buyers were only willing to hike bids by 15 cts/gal. Meanwhile, spot toluene slipped 5 cts/gal, while mixed xylenes dropped a dime. In Europe, beneze the trading range tightened, with sellers trimming offers by $10/m.t. but buyers unmoved. In contrast the range widened for toluene with buyers bidding higher by $30/m.t. while sellers raced ahead with offers up $40/m.t. Styrene trading was reported more...
