Benzene was reported done at an increase of €27/m.t. while initial styrene barges were settled at an increase of €38/m.t. In contrast to olefins markets, spot aromatics trading was said to be robust. Sellers hiked offers by $20/m.t. but buyers say they only bid $10/m.t. higher. Spot toluene was the loss leader for the week, tumbling $50/m.t. as demand from motor fuels declined in the onset of winter weather. Mixed xylenes also slipped $30/m.t. but...
