![]() Aromatics Contracts Settle at a Decrease in Europe11:56 AM MDT | November 2, 2011 | Lindsey Bewley The benchmark benzene contracts on the U.S. Gulf Coast was settled lower by 18 cts/gal while spot material saw bids decline by 5 cts/gal against no change for offers, traders report. Buyers also dropped bids on spot toluene by a nickel, but sellers were willing to drop offers a dime. The initial October styrene contract was talked lower by 2 cts/lb, but was not broadly agreed at that level.
