The only change in U.S. Gulf Coast pricing noted was a nominal reduction in spot toluene offers by 5 cts/gal. The mixed xylene contract for April was agreed lower by 10 cts/gal. In Europe spot benzene was said to be lower by $20/m.t. The only notable move of size was a decrease in methyl tert-butyl ether by $110/m.t., but traders note that MTBE has been highly volatile. ...
