Americas: There are conflicting signs in the market. Producers appear intent on solidifying the existing $80/dst caustic soda price increase, but it is not clear how much of the additional $35/dst will be implemented.   Europe: Producers are seeking increases of €40-50/dmt for Q3 business, but buyers are resisting.
