Improvements in Innovation and Human Resources too Slow to Save EU Industry (update with video)

The European Union (EU)’s is failing to enhance innovation and human resources fast enough to maintain the competitiveness of the EU chemical industry, Gernot Klotz head of innovation at Cefic told senior European Commission officials yesterday.
