TSCA, Boiler Regulations Top ACC’s 2011 Policy Agenda

ACC president and CEO Cal Dooley said last week that industry will not back away from efforts to overhaul the Toxic Substances Reform Act (TSCA) despite changes in control of Congress. Other legislative priorities for 2011 include measures to postpone greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions rules for stationary sources and changes to EPA’s Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) requirements for industrial boilers.
