GPCA Links with ACC to Launch Responsible Care in Middle East

Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA) signed a memorandum of understanding with ACC today to establish a Responsible Care program for Mideast chemical makers. GPCA hopes to develop and install Responsible Care systems over the next year with the aim of obtaining ICCA recognition by the end of 2010, says Mohamed H.
