Survey: North Americans Are Least Prepared for Reach

Firms have less than three months until the start of pre-registration for the European Union’s (EU) Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) law, but 40% of companies still have “limited awareness of the regulation,” according to a survey by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC; New York). Firms based in North America were found to be least prepared for Reach, behind Asia/Pacific and European companies.
