Reacted-monomer Challenge Against Reach Gets Knocked Back

A preliminary hearing by the European Court of Justice has rejected claims that reacted monomers should be exempted from the European Unions’ (EU) Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program. Under existing law polymers are exempt from Reach but reacted monomers are not.
