Reacted-monomer Challenge Against Reach Gets Knocked Back

A preliminary hearing by the European Court of Justice has rejected claims that reacted monomers should be exempted from the European Unions’ (EU) Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program.
