Reach: ECHA Updates Pre-registered Substances List

The European Chemicals Agency (Helsinki) says it has published an updated version of the list of chemical substances pre-registered under the European Union’s (EU) Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program. The new list features 143,000 substances which were pre-registered by 65,000 companies between June 1 and December 1, 2008.   The new list succeeds a previous version published by ECHA on December 19, 2008.
