Reach Consortium Emerges for Hydrocarbon Solvents

Cefic sector group the Hydrocarbon Solvents Producers Association (HSPA; Brussels) says it has created a consortium of manufacturers to share the burden of the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program.   The consortium features 12 companies that have agreed to jointly prepare Reach dossiers for almost 80 substances in nine different substance categories.
