Reach Chemicals Agency Lists 15 Substances of Very High Concern

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) has listed 15 substances of very high concern (SVHC) that “may” become subject to the authorization phase of the European Union’s (EU) Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program.
