The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki), the European Union (EU) body tasked with implementing the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program, in a new report, says that the Reach regulation is “working well.” ECHA says that the Classification, Labeling and Packaging (CLP) regulation also is “working well” at this time.
