China Opens Reach Bureau in Helsinki

The China Chamber of Commerce of Metals Minerals & Chemicals Importers & Exporters (CCCMC) says it has decided to open an office in Helsinki that will represent the chamber’s activities associated with the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program.
