Cefic Group Forms Ethyl Acetate Reach Consortium

The Oxygenated Solvents Producers Association (OSPA), a subgroup of Cefic, has created a consortium for gathering data that will be required for registering ethyl acetate under the European Union’s (EU) Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program.
