Cefic Deems Reach Pre-registration a Success, Takes a Swipe at ECHA

Cefic says the chemical industry’s participation in the pre-registration phase of the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program, which closed yesterday, has been a success.
