CBA Calls Reach Fees ‘Excessive’

The scale of Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program fees proposed by the new European Chemicals Agency (ECA) are “excessive in principle and practice,” says industry group the Chemical Business Association (CBA). CBA says it supports Cefic’s position that “fundamental changes” must be made to the agency’s proposed fee scales.
