Wilhelm Sittenthaler to leave Wacker, Tobias Ohler joins the executive board

Wacker Chemie announced today that Wilhelm Sittenthaler, age 57, executive board member/will step down, for personal reasons, on 31 December 2012 after 30 years with the company. Wacker’s supervisory board has appointed Tobias Ohler, age 41, to the executive board under a 3-year contract, effective 1 January 2013.
