Wellman Names New CEO and Director

Wellman has appointed Mark Ruday CEO and director. Ruday most recently held the position of Wellman COO. Tom Duff, Wellman’s former chairman and CEO, will remain a member of the board of directors. Ruday joined Wellman in 1991 as a financial analyst at the Wellman Palmetto facility at Florence, SC. Previous positions at Wellman include v.p./business operations and v.p. and chief accounting officer. He was appointed COO in January.
