Weekly Round-Up, April 2: Moving to Al Jubail

Dow and Saudi Aramco's planned petrochemicals complex will be built at Al Jubail, Saudia Arabia, CW learned this week. The plant was to be built at Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia, according to previous reports. The project's scale has also been reduced. The U.S. EPA is planning new requirements under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
