Tronox Names New CEO

Tronox says that Tom Casey, Tronox's chairman, will assume the additional role of CEO effective immediately. The management change was announced one week after Tronox announced plans to acquire the mineral sands operations of Exxaro Resources (Pretoria, South Africa) in exchange for approximately 38.5% of Tronox’s equity. Tronox reiterated its commitment to the Exxaro deal....
