Tronox CFO to resign

Tronox announced its CFO Daniel Greenwell is resigning from the company for personal reasons, effective 31 March. The company has begun the search for a successor expected to be named in the second quarter 2013. Greenwell has been with the company since January 2012 and played a key role, the company says, in the June 2012 acquisition of the Exxaro Mineral Sands business.
